ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

All accepted abstract (Oral and Poster) for the 2nd International Digital Games Congress will be presented in Turkish or English, and the accepted abstract will be published in the congress proceedings.

Abstract will be evaluated by the Scientific Advisory Board, and acceptance or rejection letters, along with the presentation format (oral/poster), will be communicated to the applicants by November 24, 2024.

Participants with accepted abstract must complete their registration by November 24, 2024. For detailed registration information, please refer to the "Registration" section of our website. The final submission deadline for abstract is November 10, 2024; abstract submitted after this date will not be considered for evaluation.


Abstract Submission Rules

  • To be published in the congress proceedings all abstract should be presented at the conference. Also, the congress registration must be completed.
  • Abstract will only be accepted through the online submission system. Abstract sent by e-mail or fax will not be considered.
  • All evaluation processes for abstract can be tracked through the electronic submission system using the participant’s email and password.
  • The final decision regarding the presentation format (oral or poster) is at the discretion of the scientific committee.
  • Academic titles should not be used.
  • Author names should be written in lowercase with only the first letter capitalized. E.g., Betül Orhan Kılıç
  • The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be clearly stated. (i.e., Xxxx University Faculty of Medicine, Xxxx Department, Ankara)
  • The article abstract should not exceed 350 words and must be written without errors.
  • The article should be written in the order of Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  • Abbreviations should not be used in the titles. Abbreviations in other sections should be written in parentheses and should use internationally defined abbreviations.
  • The papers should be written with single line spacing, with 1.6 cm margins on the left and right, 2.5 cm on the top, and 2.0 cm on the bottom.
  • Papers written in Turkish must include an English abstract. For papers written in English, a Turkish abstract is not required.
  • The number of keywords should be at least 3 and at most 5.
  • The scientific and legal responsibility for the article lies with the authors.
  • The decision of the submitted abstract will be first evaluated by at least two reviewers and sent to the email addresses. All authors can track all reviewing steps through the online submission system.
